Toilet paper tastes like chicken!

So, everyone knows I am a puppy.  Puppies are known for chewing things they are not supposed to.  Up until a couple of weeks ago I had no interest in chewing anything.  Then I discovered that toys are lots of fun.  I started playing fetch and chewing on my toys.  Mom and Dad told me that I was a good boy!

I am an overachiever so I stepped it up a bit.  Now I find anything and everything left on the floor by the kids.  If there isn't anything I will look through the shoe bin and find something to keep me entertained.  I also like to go through closets in case there is something fun I missed.  I have a whole toy box but I want Mom and Dad to be super proud of my chewing abilities.

The other day we went on a road trip and the kids forgot to take my leash off.  When we got to our final destination I was wearing a small piece of red leash.  The other half was in the back seat.  How great is that?  I chewed that bad boy in about 10 minutes!  Applause please!

I moved on to my friendly natural duck.  It's made of some really strong leather and natural rope.  "Made for tough chewers" it says.  I showed it a thing or two.  I ripped Mr. Duck's head off.  For days mom was finding some weird straw stuff all over the house.  I finally brought her my headless toy to play fetch so she could inspect my handy work.

Mom and Dad were worried that I was so young when I arrived at the house that I never learned to play with toys.  I am glad I can now show them how much I enjoy my play things.

The past couple of days has been really exciting for me.  I am playing a new game where I see how fast I can chew something before anyone notices. Here are the things I chewed today:  a ballet shoe, a slipper, and some toilet paper.  3 points for Chomp!

These are the things I tried to chew but Mom took them away: a porcupine, necklace, drum stick, stamp, pen, elbow pad, and a princess crown.  7 points went to Mom.

I am hoping to get faster at my game as time goes by.  Maybe I'll even have a 100% chew rate!  A puppy can dream, right?

Have a nice night and keep on chewing!

Love,

Chomp

XOXO

  1. Puppies are both cute and exasperating. CHOMP is no different, but he did hit the jack-pot when he got you as his forever family!

  2. It's a good thing I am super cute because I sure can cause the trouble! Lucky my family loves me to death and wouldn't trade me for the world!
